30 ml club sods

15 ml fresh lime juice

30 ml orange juice

60 ml pomegranate juice

Ice cubes, to serve

Pomegranate arils, to garnish

Rosemary sprig, to garnish



  1. Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add the lime juices and pomegranate juice. Mix well.
  3. Pour in the soda and garnish with the pomegranate arils and rosemary sprigs.
  4. Serve immediately.


2. Pomegranate-Brie Crostini

½ cup pomegranate seeds

250 g brie, cut into 20 slices

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ cup honey

Olive oil spray

20 slices of baguette



  1. Rub the baguette slices with olive oil and toast lightly.
  2. Warm the salt, pepper and honey in a small pan.
  3. Place a slice of brie on each baguette slice, drizzle with the honey mixture and top with pomegranate seeds.


3. Pomegranate-Sweet Potato Salad


½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup pumpkin seeds, 

1 cup pomegranate arils

Pepper powder, to taste

Salt, to taste

3 tsp olive oil

4 cups sweet potato cubes

Basil leaves, to garnish



  1. Place the sweet potato cubes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, pepper and salt. Toss to coat. Roast in a preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  2. Remove the oven. Place in a bowl with the feta cheese, pumpkin seeds, and pomegranate arils. 
  3. Whisk the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle over the salad and toss. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
