Creamy Cheese Macaroni
90 g macaroni, cooked al dente
25 g Parmesan cheese, grated
25 g Gouda cheese, grated
75 g mild cheddar, grated
25 g mature cheddar, grated
300 ml milk
15 ml water
15 ml olive oil
5 g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- Soak the sun-dried tomatoes in the olive oil and water to rehydrate for 30 minutes.
- Place the milk and the cheeses in a pan and heat on a medium flame, stirring until the milk and cheeses are well combined.
- Add the cooked macaroni and sun-dried tomatoes, stir through to heat and serve hot.
