Caesars Sandwich

Caesars Sandwich is a royal breakfast dish. Its is essential in rich ingredients and is a tasty delight.

Ingredients:

Salt, to taste

2 tbsp chopped green coriander

2 tsp tomato sauce

½ tsp mustard powder

1 tsp oregano

½ tsp black pepper powder

50 g grated cheese

4-5 g minced button mushrooms

1 small minced capsicum

1 minced tomato

4 bread slices

 

Directions:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients except tomato sauce and cheese in a bowl. 
  2. Preheat the grill for 3-5 minutes. Arrange the bread slices in the rack and cook on one side for 3 minutes, before turning and cooking the other side. 
  3. Apply tomato sauce on one side of the slice before adding the stuffing on it. Garnish with cheese and coriander. 
  4. Arrange the slices on the rack again and cook on combi for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
