Berry Almond Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
1 tsp chia seeds
A pinch of cardamom powder
A pinch of cinnamon
4 almonds, roasted, peeled, and sliced
6 almonds, blanched and pureed
½ cup milk
½ cup bananas, sliced
¼ cup mulberries
½ cup strawberries
Method:
- Blend the almond puree, strawberries, milk, banana and half of the chia seeds together.
- Mix in the spices.
- Pour the smoothie puree into a bowl and garnish with toasted almonds, chia seeds and mulberries.
